Dear Mr. Tracy,

I received the following email yesterday. I'm not sure if your team intended to send this email to me for transparency or if it was unintentional.

However, I find it a little worrying, especially after receiving Paul Gibbs' email, which quite frankly was incredibly insulting, considering how he ignored all the key points of my request.

Paul Gibb's response could be viewed as another clear example of West London NHS's institutionalized racism by the fact that he completely disregarded my concerns regarding issues of race & equality, as well as those regarding my mental health during this process.  All of which were clearly highlighted in my initial email.

Then with regards to this email, ATM Shahjalal forwarded this to Sam Beamish. From reading some of Sam's articles and following his twitter account. It's clear he has nothing to do with race/equality or patient safety.

I am worried why your PALS team is forwarding my medical history to someone in the communications department. I find it incredibly disheartening that your team ignored the key points raised in my request for an independent investigation but thought it was relevant to send my details to Sam.

I want to know what Sam is planning to do? This is so bizarre, is he going to try and discredit my story online or something? What is Sam's role in this process?  I am sure Sam is a nice guy but why on earth is someone like that the first person your PALS team contacts, rather than someone from race/equality or patient/safety.

I am extremely concerned about the lack of ethical behaviour from your PALS team considering the serious repercussions of such an investigation.
